I love all things reversible.
I don't know where the love comes from. Perhaps it's the novel notion that two things can come from one? I don't know. But I do know that this little green pinafore is exactly what I love.
This little eco-friendly frock and matching bloomers are courtesy of today's guest Gaga Bum!
But here's most the interesting part.......
Jill Andrews of GaGa Bum designs eco-friendly clothing designed and constructed with love using recycled, repurposed, and vintage clothing and textiles.
If you have a shirt that belonged to your father, grandfather, or other loved one that you would like to turn into a beautifully hand-made garment for your little boy or girl? Feel free to convo or email her at JillEileen.Etsy@gmail.com and she will be happy to provide you with a custom-made item.
You know how I love refashioned items! This little green dress is also constructed from re-purposed items. One side is a lovely green linen, and the other a safari-themed cotton, and is paired with green linen bloomers. The pinafore will fit long after she grows out of the bloomers, and can be paired with leggings or jeans as it becomes more of a "swirly" top.
If this is a gift, please let her know and she will include a hand-made eco-friendly wrapping.
Check out her store for other eco-friendly handmade accessories and clothing. Including aprons, totes & clutches, and of course other adorable children's clothing for girls AND BOYS!
As usual, if you would like a chance to win this pinafore just link back to this post.
If you have any questions see the "questions and answers" link to the right. If you use blogger just use the "create a link" link at the bottom of this post. If you don't use blogger, that's fine too. Just create a link on your page as you normally would and I will see it using Technorati.

Does it get ANY cuter than this??
I don't think so!! So precious and absolutely adorable. My nephew is serving his 2nd tour in Iraq and couldn't be there for the birth of his daughter. I would so love to be able to give this special gift to them.

Love the swishy cut at the top!
Kathleen - do you have an address for the winner so that I can get this in the mail?
Thanks.
