That is too precious. She looks like a colorful butterfly! It looks really difficult to make with all of those fabric scales.

I made a bird costume years ago for a 2nd or 3rd grader. There was a yellow trash bag for the body & we cut tissue paper--layers & layers of tissue paper for the feathers. The kids loved it!
I love these. I am totally going to make some when I have some nieces and nephews...and kids of my own.
