Love this kids skirt. It's a cream colored pettiskirt with a shorter red and white stripe skirt.
Would love to recreate it.

Very fun! Looks like a circle skirt with a yoke. I've been saying for a couple of weeks that I need to make a striped circle skirt. I need to get my sewing machine back out on the kitchen table. . . .
