Sorry, I just think it is bizarre and can't actually see anyone wearing it off the runway! Certainly would never even consider paying $200 for it.

She's right. This would make an adorable costume. With some green long johns on maybe? or fancier...a green tutu? I've been looking for a group costume for my 3 toddlers. This would be cute cute.
