I was thinking the same thing, how do they not topple over. Perhaps they are sandbagged but with something like bean bag pellets. It could also be the way they are stacked. I think they have something holding them together to keep the shape but soft. There are several people who have their feet or knees pushing against the smaller inner ring of pillows. So cool, thanks for sharing.
That looks so cozy & comfortable! I wonder if the pillows are attached to each other, like couch cushions sometimes are.

Very cool. They look sandbagged, or padded down with something solid at least. Gorgeous idea though.
