Kandee Johnson has a great tutorial on how to do this. In fact Kandee has a TON of of really amazing costume makeup videos that are great to look through even if you're not looking for a Halloween costume. I used her Queen of Hearts makeup tutorial for Lily's Queen of Hearts costume giveaway two years ago! Remember? I think it came out pretty good considering I suck at makeup and Lily was only 5;)
