Use ClosetMaid drawer only $29.99.
Peel'n'Stick Vinyl Rustick Planks $2 per plank at Lowes x3 planks. These planks can be cut with regular old scissors.
Or alternatively use real wood and glue on drawer front with wood glue.
5.5" round tapered legs $16 for four.
Lumber for base around legs $2.97 (optional).
Stain for legs $4.77.
Grand total of $62. Can be less if you already have stain or an old white bookcase!
