Tutorial for making your own fringe balloons! Via the Glitter Guide. We wanted to make some for our photoshoot. I even went as far as to MAKE the fringes but ran short on time and never got to attach them:( Look great in photo ops. Love the gold pastel look color schemes.

I am currently in the process of working with a web developer to either mute or start the video at a very low volume. I promise that if I don't figure it out by the end of the week I will turn off the autostart option. But at least for the next couple days I need to figure out what the CPM is compared to having it off. Please bear with me, I promise it will end soon.
