This is one of those things on my "Must-Have-Someday" list. A large format color printer can be so very pricey to purchase brand new but if you're willing to buy used it becomes a far more attainable purchase. Wouldn't it be fantastic to print out patterns without having to piece together paper and tape together? Or print large scale photos to frame without having to employ the services of Staples?

I think anybody who has stood there at Staples doing a project has wished for one of these. Thanks for making it seem so attainable.
How much is ink, though?

The prices were about $38 a cartridge for color and $50 for color. That is more than I pay for ink cartridges now but I wonder if those are larger to accommodate the larger printing jobs. Of course, the more ink you use the more ink will cost.
I found an article about the tricks that printers will use to make you think you are out of ink when you are not. It definitely helps to maximize your ink.
