I love this wood grain quilt and color scheme for a boys room! You can buy this set at Land of Nod. The twin sized quilt retails for $169. Or you could try and recreate this for yourself. Joel Dewberry sells a faux bois print in brown, yellow and green on fabric.com for only $8.95 a yard plus free shipping over $35. PLUS, you can use coupon code: BRTH11A for an extra 15% off. That would make your order only $7.60 a yard. You'd have to buy four yards to make a twin sized quilt, batting and brown backing cotton fabric. But still, I'd estimate you'd spend only around $50 for a twin size. That's a lot better than $170. And don't you love those log pillows? Via Apartment Therapy.
I especially like how she added a little heart and initials. The ends look like they're made of flesh colored flannel with stitching in a spiral pattern. If you also added a brown and orange plaid flannel sheet you'd have the complete look. I couldn't find an exact match but I found this fabric which looks nice as well.
