Did anyone out there ever try this? Via Chic Factor. This would be great if you wanted to do something small like polka dots and ran out of a contrasting color. Could mix up a little on a piece of paper instead of a whole bottle if you were just detailing.

I feel like it would be good for Ombre, too. Using the old 200 color cheap palettes of shadow that everyone gets from Grandma for Christmas. Or maybe just my Grandma does that. :)
I've done it and it totally works! You do have to use quite a bit of eyeshadow though to get the color rich enough...although that could be because I used eyeshadow from the dollar store.
