I'm always looking out for sweater embellishments. Love this idea. Take a sweater, cut a rectangular piece out of the sleeves. Sew lace over it! Bing. Bang. Boom. Done! Sweater can be bought for Zara for $59.90. For more sweater embellishments visit my knits page.

I would stitch the lace on top first, and then trim the fabric away from underneath. If you cut the sweater first, it could stretch out of shape or unravel.
