Isn't this lovely? Pearl sleeves. Via etsy seller My Little Bride. You could try to DIY this yourself using 4mm faux pearls. You can get a string of faux pearl beads at Create for Less for $1.54. I think you would need 8-9 strands to accomplish this look. And don't forget the teardrop pearl in the center! ALSO would look pretty in mint with maybe a mint lace dress.
