BACARDI® Mixers Summer Sparkler Cocktail Recipe for GoT Party!

I recently threw a small get together for the season finale of Game of Thrones. It was fantastic! I will definitely be doing another one again in the future. BACARDI® Mixers was cool enough to sponsor the party with a drink recipe reflecting my personality, dubbed the Summer Sparkler;-)

Like fireworks by the beach, this blend of sparkling wine, blackberries and grapefruit is sophisticated but effervescent! This drink will brighten up any evening! It’s sweet and bubbly (which is how I like my cocktails). (PS I blended my ingredients though this recipe doesn't call for that.)

Summer Sparkler

INGREDIENTS

1 can frozen BACARDI® Mixers Strawberry Daiquiri (find in the frozen food isle)MADE WITH REAL FRUIT JUICE

Mix (thawed)

1 cup BACARDI® Select

1 bottle sparkling wine

1 cup grapefruit juice

½ cup lime juice

8 blackberries

4 cups of ice

4 blackberries for garnishes

4 cocktail picks

DIRECTIONS

1. Divide 1 can BACARDI® Mixers Strawberry Daiquiri Mix (thawed) evenly between 4 wine  glasses (1/4 cup each). (PS I blended my ingredients though this recipe doesn't call for that)

2. Add 2 blackberries to each glass and muddle.

3. Add 3 tbsp. BACARDI® Select to each glass.

4. Add ¼ cup grapefruit juice and 1/8 cup lime  juice to each glass and stir to mix.

5. Add 1/3 cup sparkling wine to each glass.

6. Top each glass with ice.

7. Garnish with a blackberry skewered onto a  cocktail pick.
