Well, this is lovely. I think you could replicate it by taking a piece of sheer muslin and hand dying it in a pot of boiling water. Then cut all sorts of layered felted flowers and sew to edges. That would be the most tedious part:-( But if you had a Cricut Explore I think it WILL cut felt for you! Eeek! Here's a great post about what the Cricut Explore will cut.
