Brian's sister, Melody bought me a year's subscription to Martha Stewart for my birthday. Yesterday I got my holiday issue in the mail and this clever little idea came inside.
There would be so many ways to use this....Fill your child's stocking and trick/surprise them when they discover they are filled with goodies....Surprise your wife or husband with a piece of jewelry or other small gift....decorate a counter or buffet during a party as favors. Possibilities are endless. Check out the tutorial here.

I've been following your blog for about a year now. I always love all your stuff. Congrats on the Shabby Apple contest. I'll cross my fingers for you. I also entered the contest, but didn't make the cut. Even so I've fallen deeply in love with my design. Alas I do not sew. At least not enough to make a pattern and have it come out looking anything like my dress. Would you consider doing a dress for hire? Or could you point me in the right direction for a pattern maker. If you get a second check out my design. Thanks http://duttondays.blogspot.com/2009/10/dress-design-for-shabby-apple-dresses.html
