I'd like to wear these to a party. And match them with a hot pink dress, ballet neckline, pleated a-line to knees with crinoline ruffles peaking out below.
You know what's so neat about shoe clips?
You can add them to little girls shoes too! Heck you can even wear them in your hair!
Now I'm off to the thrift store to find some goodies!
2. Make confetti. About 100 pieces.
3. Spray glue to veiling then dump confetti over top. Keep doing this until all confetti is stuck to veiling.
4. Pinch corners at bottom.
5. Sew in place.
6. Hot glue on feathers and shoe clip to bottom.
Done!

Now I just need to know what a 'ballet neckline' is. In all my years of sewing I've never heard that term. Please enlighten me!
