For a broke college student, I have a slightly ridiculous amount of IR shoes; they're not rigidly upturned, it's just a little curve at the toe. Your foot is held pretty naturally. Or as naturally as heels will ever be! They just look dramatic, usually super comfortable.
@Kathleen I think they're awesome! I always find loud shoes are great for days when I'm feeling a bit lazy about putting an outfit together, but I don't want to look boring either.
