This was a front page article on Yahoo yesterday but I was just dying to share it with you. Among some of the head scratchers were big sunglasses and (get this) RED LIPSTICK! Yes way! Some of the more obvious ones, harem pants and socks with sandals are a little more understandable. But seriously guys....red lipstick? You're killing me.

My husband loves red lipstick. And I'm pretty sure he's a man.... I can tell because I'm pregnant :-)
I'm actually not surprised. My husband hates red lipstick AND big sunglasses. I still wear my big glasses because my eyes are super sensitive but only rarely bust out the red lipstick. If he hates it, what's the point?

I don't know about the red lipstick. I've heard contradicting evidence that men love red lipstick and that most women are afraid to wear it.
darn- i wasn't able to watch the vid, but i must admit, i don't care WHAT man hates red lipstick... i LOVE it!:) and... my husband quite likes it on me. :)

Yep, I agree--my husband hates Uggs.
I'm with the men on Uggs and jumpsuits. And harem pants. And socks with sandals (although I have seen some people pull that off in surprising ways lately).
My husband doesn't like the big sunglass or the lipstick but he doesn't like lipstick in general. which is out by me since I have like no lips.. lol
My husband hates bright lipstick in general. And all men I know hate capri pants, too, and definitely Uggs. My husbands most hated trend? Ponchos. He wouldn't shut up about how all of these women might as well be wearing hefty bags. The sad thing was I could see his point! :) At least he's cool with the big sunglasses!
I agree with the guys on everything but I'm on the fence on the red lipstick. I've been using the cherry tinted lip balm from Nivea. It gives a hint of red color without the overpowering presence of lipstick. It looks neutral but better!
Awww crud ... I have a cute jumpsuit, big sunglasses and harem pants. Yikes! I have my hubbies approval on these though ... so at least I'm OK in his eyes. ;o)
My hubby doesn't like to kiss me when I have my red lipstick (at least if we're in public) since it gets all over his lips and mustache. But he's just going to have to get over that.
I don't usually wear lipstick, but I got a great red lip stain recently. My husband said that I looked like a painted lady. Ouch! I'm hoping that it's because he's just not used to seeing me with any lipstick at all, so I've been wearing it anyway.
My husband HATES red lipstick. Retro pinup girl is so my style too. I kept telling him I didn't care if he didn't like it because I did, but then he won. He told me it made me look old. So I have 2 fantastic red lipsticks that I look at longingly sometimes but never wear. Oh well.
My husband loves red lipstick, thinks my daughter's harem pants are cute and encourages her to wear socks with her clogs so she won't get blisters. Who did they ask?

I hate uggs too. I'm not too keen on harem pants, or the really really bug like sunnies.
But red lipstick is a must and I think socks with sandals have their place.
I think most women dress to impress other women, we all know men are more concerned with what we aren't wearing anyway.

lol I don't give a care if my guy doesn't like what I'm wearing! It's my body/face/hair i'll do what I want with it! I don't dress up to please my boyfriend, I do it for me! Sometimes he looks at me like "R U SRS" when I dress up but he knows I'll do whatever i like.
But a lot of those are in bad taste especially those uggs. My boyfriend L O V E S red lipstick though!

That's funny b/c I read somewhere recently (can't remember where though) that men really like red lipstick.
My husband hates UGG's too. He actually thought I was wearing his slippers one time. I will ask about the red lipstick. I never wear it but I totally thought it was a turn on for guys.
aww....I love red lipstick!! I just got some, and wear it all the time. maybe I shouldn't as often, now...
