I personally loved it as I think most people do too. Modest, modern and vintage all in one.
One of the ABC commentators mentioned something about how it was a nice change to the normal sleeveless wedding dresses of late. Agreed!

I think it'll be interesting to see how her gown affects future brides. I would love to see the whole strapless/sleeveless look disappear for awhile.

LOL well as a royal you are not allowed to wear sleeveless so she didnt really have much of a choice there. But I agree, the dress was amazing!
Her dress, and the entire wedding for that matter, makes me want to get married.
If you like Pricess Kate's dress, you shold take a look at the Danish Crown Princess Mary and Princess Marie (google: pricess mary wedding dress). They "resently" got married; Mary to the Danish Crown Prince Frederik (he was so adorable - he cried when she walked towards him. He was so i love and so moved by her). Mary has an interest for fashion and plays a big role in the Danish fashion design. She has a great personal style. Marie married his brother Prince Joakim. I like Mary's dress. Kate, Mary and Marie also look a bit alike, being beautiful brunettes :o). The Norwegian Crown Price Haakon found a just as beautiful blond Princess, Mette Marit. Her wedding dress is fabulous too.. sorry for the long post..
