I agree with Kimberly. If it were smaller I think it would be great. It looks like if the girl were to look down that the necklace would stab her in the neck. I think that this would be easy to replicate to a smaller version =)
Cool idea, but the ekg is backwards. It is also an ekg of someone who had a past heart attack...yikes!
