I actually feel pretty blah about most cut out tees but I like this one. Would also look nice with a layered tee underneath, especially a gold one. OR you could add sequin fabric to the inside of the shirt. That would look pretty neat too. Fun for a kid or teen. Get the wing pattern and tutorial at Cut Out and Keep.
